A practical framework for centralised image libraries, multi-user access and approved partner use.
The licence is granted to the named legal entity. It may store the licensed images in a secure internal digital asset management system.
Employees, officers, contractors and approved external partners may access the files only while performing work commissioned, coordinated or approved by the licensed organisation.
Unless the agreement states otherwise, permitted uses include websites, organic social media, newsletters, internal presentations, institutional reports, non-commercial printed information, factual news communication and documentaries.
The organisation and its users may not sell, sublicense, redistribute or provide standalone files to independent third parties; create a competing image library; use images on merchandise; or use editorial-only images for advertising, endorsement or promotion.
Images marked Editorial Use Only remain subject to editorial restrictions even within an Enterprise plan. Required credits and captions must be retained.
The organisation must use reasonable access controls, remove access when a user is no longer authorised and cooperate in investigating suspected misuse.
Access continues for the agreed project period or annual subscription term. Rights already exercised remain subject to the agreement; new downloads stop at expiry unless renewed.
Download limits, collections, partner groups, territories, campaign rights and commissioned photography may be adjusted in the signed order form.
